About These Terms
These Terms apply when you use the WorkUnstuck website or submit an inquiry through it. WorkUnstuck builds custom software and automation that helps businesses eliminate repetitive computer work.
An accepted client project may also have a proposal, statement of work, services agreement, or other project-specific written terms. Where those terms apply, they control the details of that engagement.
Feasibility and Project Acceptance
WorkUnstuck evaluates whether a submitted task appears practical and reliable before recommending a project. Submitting a task or contacting WorkUnstuck does not guarantee that the task can be automated or that WorkUnstuck will accept the project.
If a task appears technically unreliable, impractical, unauthorized, inappropriate, or otherwise not a good fit, WorkUnstuck may recommend another approach or decline the work. The goal is to identify those issues before scope, price, or a build is proposed.
Security Controls and Access Restrictions
WorkUnstuck does not bypass security protections or access restrictions merely to force an automation to work. This includes multi-factor or two-factor authentication, CAPTCHAs, anti-bot controls, access restrictions, authentication requirements, and other security controls.
If a protection or restriction makes unattended automation unreliable or inappropriate, WorkUnstuck may recommend a different approach or decline the project.
Third-Party Websites, APIs, and Software
Some solutions depend on third-party websites, APIs, login flows, vendor systems, or software that WorkUnstuck does not control. Those systems may change, restrict automation, alter an API or authentication process, impose rate limits, become temporarily unavailable, or discontinue a feature.
A solution that depends on an outside system may occasionally require adjustment or maintenance. WorkUnstuck identifies material dependencies during feasibility and scoping where reasonably possible, but ongoing support is included only when the project scope says so.
Scheduled Automation and External Services
A recurring solution may need somewhere to run, such as infrastructure you already use, an account set up for your business, hosting, cloud services, an API, or other third-party software. WorkUnstuck will determine the smallest practical setup for the project.
Known external software, service, or hosting costs should be identified in the project scope before implementation where reasonably possible. Those outside services may have their own terms, pricing, and availability.
Maintenance and Support
An automation running repeatedly does not automatically mean that ongoing WorkUnstuck support is included or required. Some solutions run with little attention; others may benefit from monitoring, maintenance, updates, or technical support as outside systems change.
Maintenance and support may be offered separately or included when specifically stated in the applicable project scope.
Project Scope
Project-specific deliverables, pricing, timing, responsibilities, included support, third-party costs, maintenance, and acceptance criteria should be defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or other written project agreement.
Changes to These Terms
WorkUnstuck may update these public Terms as its operations or website practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
