## Start With What Your Team Does Today.

1. **Feasibility Check.** We make sure the task can work reliably with access you’re authorized to provide. Show-stoppers are identified before scope or price.
2. **Scope & Recommendation.** We ask the useful follow-up questions, separate repeatable work from judgment, and recommend the smallest practical direction. Most projects range from $2,500 to $25,000 depending on size and scope, smaller single-task automations can cost less, and each one is quoted individually at this stage.
3. **Build.** If the project makes sense, we build and test the agreed automation or software around the real workflow.
4. **Support When Needed.** If outside systems may change, we explain the dependency and scope appropriate monitoring or maintenance before the project begins.

## Feasibility Comes First

First, we make sure the task can be automated reliably with access you’re authorized to provide. If a technical limitation, security control, third-party restriction, or unstable dependency makes the project impractical, we’ll tell you before recommending a build.

### Authorized and Practical Access

We only automate access you’re authorized to use. We don’t bypass CAPTCHAs, access restrictions, or authentication and security controls to force an automation to work. Two-factor authentication, vendor restrictions, or unavailable integrations may make some workflows unsuitable for unattended automation.

### Third-Party Systems Can Change

Some systems are outside anyone’s control. If an automation depends on a third-party website, API, login flow, or vendor system, future changes can occasionally require an adjustment. We identify those dependencies before the build so you know what is likely to be stable and what may need maintenance.

### Support When It Makes Sense

Some solutions run with very little attention. Others benefit from monitoring, maintenance, browser-extension updates, technical support, or small improvements as outside systems change. When ongoing support makes sense, we explain and scope it before the project begins.

### Where Scheduled Automation Runs

If an automation needs somewhere to run on a schedule, we’ll determine the simplest practical setup. It may use infrastructure you already have or an account set up for your business. Any ongoing third-party software or hosting costs are explained before the project begins.
