You may also provide a phone number, how often the task occurs, and the websites or software involved. Providing an inquiry is voluntary. WorkUnstuck may be unable to evaluate or respond to it without the required contact and task information. Please do not submit passwords or other sensitive information through the form. ## Information Collected Automatically Ordinary, unattributed browsing does not start a PHP session. A session is started when it is needed for the inquiry form, security state, one-use success feedback, or first-touch attribution. Depending on how you reach and use the site, the application may process: - A browser-session identifier and server-side CSRF security state. - The first landing page, an external HTTP or HTTPS referrer, and the first non-empty UTM source, medium, and campaign values. - The page where an inquiry is submitted. - An IP-derived rate-limit identifier and recent attempt timestamps used to reduce spam and abuse. - A random submission reference, submission time, and limited mail or server diagnostics. - Request-level technical information processed by hosting infrastructure, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser headers, and user agent. The application does not place submitted form contents in the success URL. Submitted inquiries are stored in a private database on the WorkUnstuck server so that a request is not lost if email delivery fails, and so inquiries can be tracked and followed up. That record is for internal use only: it is used to evaluate and respond to your request, it is not published, it is not sold, and it is not shared for advertising. It is kept in a location that is not reachable over the web and is retained as described under Retention. ## Local Storage and Necessary Site Functionality The site stores the light or dark theme choice in browser localStorage under workunstuck-theme. The analytics choice is stored separately in localStorage under workunstuck.analyticsConsent.v1. Local storage is not a cookie. When a PHP session is needed, the site uses a browser-session cookie named workunstuck_session. It supports form security, first-touch attribution, and one-use success state. Necessary form and security features operate independently from optional analytics consent. ## How Information Is Used WorkUnstuck uses information collected through the current site to: - Respond to a business inquiry and evaluate the repetitive-work problem described. - Communicate about requested services. - Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and inquiry-delivery path. - Prevent spam, abuse, and duplicate submissions. - Preserve lead attribution so we can understand how an inquiry reached WorkUnstuck. - Measure page use, primary call-to-action clicks, and accepted inquiries when optional analytics is configured and expressly accepted. The current site does not use submitted inquiry information for newsletters, remarketing, automated profiling, or unrelated advertising. ## Service Providers and Disclosures Information may be processed by the service providers needed to operate the site and deliver an inquiry, including web hosting and server infrastructure, an outbound mail or mailbox provider, and Google Analytics only when analytics is configured and you accept it. WorkUnstuck does not sell personal information. WorkUnstuck does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. These statements do not prevent necessary disclosures to service providers that operate the website, deliver inquiry email, or provide accepted analytics. ## Optional Analytics When Google Analytics is configured and you select **Accept Analytics**, the site may measure page views, clicks that lead to Show Me the Task, and a generate_lead event after a genuine inquiry is accepted by the configured mail transport. The analytics event parameters do not include your name, company, email address, phone number, task description, software names, or submission reference. Google Analytics may receive browser and request-level technical information and may set or read analytics identifiers or cookies after consent. Advertising and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the WorkUnstuck configuration. WorkUnstuck does not use Google Tag Manager or Google Ads on this site. ## Analytics Choices When analytics is actually configured, a first-visit notice asks whether you want to accept or decline optional analytics. Google Analytics does not load before you grant consent. Declining analytics does not interfere with the inquiry form, navigation, theme, or other ordinary site functionality. You can reopen **Cookie Preferences** from the footer to review or change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics calls as robustly as practical and removes WorkUnstuck-domain Google Analytics cookies on a best-effort basis. It does not remove unrelated browser storage such as your theme preference. ## Retention Ordinary lead and inquiry information is generally retained for up to one year. The short-lived success state is removed after the next page load, while temporary rate-limit records expire and are cleaned according to the application's abuse-control window. Retention for server logs, mail queues, mailbox backups, security records, and analytics property data depends on the applicable server or service-provider configuration. WorkUnstuck does not state a fixed duration for those records where one has not been established. ## Security WorkUnstuck uses safeguards appropriate to the current site, including HTTPS transport for production, server-side input validation, CSRF protection, spam and rate-limit controls, restricted configuration, and generic failure messages that do not expose sensitive diagnostic details. No system can guarantee complete security. ## Children The WorkUnstuck website is not intended for children under 13. ## United States Market WorkUnstuck currently markets and provides its services to businesses in the United States. The public website may still be reachable from other locations. ## Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Traditional browser Do Not Track signals are not treated as a separate site preference because there is no standardized response implemented here. When the browser reports **Global Privacy Control**, WorkUnstuck treats it conservatively as a signal to keep optional analytics disabled for that browser session.
